So obviously I've come back. haha. I see up above it says I've been a deviant member for 6 years. Hard to believe it's really been that long! Being a mom means that I no longer have as much time as I want to dedicate to art, but I am definitely still trying. Still an active member of my community with different galleries and shows in town. Lately I've been reading with my free time. I love sci fi books, a fan of all of them. The most recent series I've finished has been Nightworld, (as you can tell by my most recent digital art- keller.) I've just really been into reading with the extra time I have right now. I love to feel like I'm part of another world sometimes. Especially because I am such a Sci Fi/Fantasy dork. My current list on Amazon is a little long..

All series that look interesting that I would like to read. I've started House Of Night and just need the rest of the books.
Other than reading I have been preparing 2 new paintings for a community art show called "Fields and Foreclosures" basically about our city and how the economical trouble has hit. At least every neighborhood has about 8 houses either foreclosed/for sale/ or for rent. It's crazy. But it's about our experiences as an artist in this town- negitive or positive. So hopefully I'll have those 2 paintings up soon- the show in in June. So is my daughters 2nd bday It's crazy how fast it's gone by. My son is now also 4 months as of yesterday! Well I guess that's all I can think of for now?
